Shipping Policy

Pludo aims to ship your order promptly. Typically, orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days, although this timeframe may vary. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience, therefore if we have any delays with your order we'll reach out to you and advise. Once your package's label is generated, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Delivery timelines are contingent on the chosen carrier and shipping method. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, the delivery schedule is managed by them, however typically the order will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt from the carrier. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment, enabling you to obtain an estimated delivery date from the carrier as soon as it leaves our building.

Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as your return request falls under our below Return/Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the originally packaging unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pludolabs.com. From this return email thread we will advise how to send back the product once we have approved the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
